You are not the only one asking these questions. Chai & Her Circle brings together a small group of women physicians for 12 weeks of honest conversation, guided reflection, and real community — the kind that's hard to find when everyone assumes you have it all figured out.

Each week moves through a piece of the journey, from reconnecting with who you are now to defining your own version of success and a path forward, with a private WhatsApp community (coming soon) to stay connected between sessions. You'll leave with more than peace of mind — real clarity on your next move, and the confidence to walk into it proud of the choice.
